Choice of Dressing / Product for Wounds / Wound Types

Dry skin: simple bland moisturisers e.g. 50/50 cream, E45 cream, soft paraffin

Skin conditions associated with wounds: paste bandages

Skin subject to pressure or trauma: foam dressings; low adherent dressings; non-medicated tulles; vapour permeable films
