Endoscopes - Permit to Work

After the disinfection routines recommended for the particular type of endoscopes has been followed, it is appropriate to issue a certificate of decontamination before servicing.

Please refer to the complete description of the Permit to Work Procedure, and the Permit to Work Form.

This procedure is based upon the recommendations given in:
